Dr. Alireza Jalily, a university lecturer and scientific director of the Retail Department at University of Tehran's Faculty of Management, is one of the most stubborn people of his time. His challenges in life have not been few. His parents separated when he was a child, towards the end of high school he had to move to night school, and after a year behind the entrance exam, he entered Azad University and started studying in engineering. Afterwards, he was accepted for a master's with first rank and then started working as the regional manager in BAT Company in Iran. He has also worked as Director of New Markets for Al-Futtaim Group. He has launched the first specialized MBA and DBA university course in the field of Reatil Management at University of Tehran's Faculty of Management, and in addition to playing a role in the highest ranks of Iran's Reatil industry, he teaches and trains specialists and senior managers for this industry.
