Dr. Hossein Hossein-zadeh completed his bachelor's degree in Police University and his master's degree in criminal law and criminology, then succeeded in obtaining a doctorate in management and urban planning. He has been the head of Isfahan Police Applied Science University for 9 years and a university lecturer in Isfahan and Kashan.

He has authored 7 scientific research articles and 6 book volumes, one of which is: The Walking Streets: Effects and Dimensions (Chaharbagh Abbasi Street). One of his interesting achievements is the attempt to build a pedestrian path in the historical fabric of Isfahan and Naqshjahan Square in Isfahan.
