Dr. Afzal sadat Hosseini is a member of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Tehran University, specializing in the field of creativity.
She has authored more than 20 book volumes and more than 100 articles in Farsi and English in the field of creativity for more than 27 years.
Two of her books on creativity titeled "Creative Learning, Creative Class" and "Constructivism, a Creative Approach in Education" were selected and awarded as selected books in the educational festival in the field of psychology and educational sciences in 2009 and 2018. Also, her articles won the first place in the Kharazmi Festival.
She has held more than 500 workshops about creativity and ways to cultivate it, creative teaching and idea generation for university professors, managers, teachers, authors and company managers.
Afzal sadat Hosseini has focused her scientific attention on creativity as the most important approach for educational reforms in the Iranian society, and in order to complete her scientific studies and the interaction and review of advanced educational systems in the world, she has visited many countries including Australia, Japan, Finland and other European countries.
To expand this topic, in the summer of 2020, for the first time in Iran, she has started online creativity and coaching training courses, which has led to the expansion of educational creativity in the most deprived areas of Iran. She hopes to spread hope in Iranian society through educational reforms and to take fundamental steps in the development of her country.
